PARAGLIDING
Paragliding is a safe and extremely rewarding sport. Despite being considered an extreme sport, it offers more of a sensation of peace and deep contemplation rather than one of adrenaline. Balneário Camboriú’s Morro do Careca is the perfect place for your first flight in a paraglider. With a simplified takeoff and landing ramp, Morro do Careca offers flights in several directions and incredible views of the shoreline along Central Beach, Brava Beach and Buraco Beach.
FG BIG WHEEL
Deemed as Latin America’s largest cable-stayed Ferris Wheel, FG Big Wheel sits at a height of 82 meters above sea level and provides a breathtaking view of the city’s main beach, surrounding natural areas and Brazil’s tallest and most modern buildings.

SPORTS
The expansion of the beach area at Central Beach has helped establish Balneário Camboriú as a global reference for outdoor sports. Beach volleyball, footvolley and beach tennis are favorites among regulars and are highlighted by the infrastructure installed along the sand stretching from the North to South of the city.
UNIPRAIAS
Parque Unipraias is a tourist complex that connects a series of 3 stations through cable cars. Located in Barra Sul, the park relies on a fully developed infrastructure. The park’s main cable car station lead to the Mata Atlântica station, at which an Environmental Park, as well as trails, lookout points and other attractions can be found in the middle of the atlantic forest.

Cristo Luz Tourist Complex
In addition to being a religious monument, Cristo Luz was Balneário Camboriú’s first tourist attraction. As a major landmark, Cristo Luz attracts visitors from all over Brazil and the world and contributes significantly to the local economy.
It features a multifunctional event pavilion designed to house a wide range of events. With a modern infrastructure, the pavilion offers comfort and versatile facilities.

Balneário Camboriú’s Event Center has greatly expanded business appeal of the city and the entire state. The development offers a complete structure for large events and one of the best multipurpose spaces in Brazil, with a total of 33,000 square meters, 28 convention rooms and more than 1,000 parking spaces.
Ocean Place
Ocean Place is one of the newest multipurpose event centers in Balneário Camboriú. With a privileged oceanside location in Barra Sul along Avenida Atlântica, Ocean Place offers a large internal space that can be arranged into different configurations to host corporate and social events.

Balneário Camboriú’s Blue Flag Program promotes sustainable development by challenging local authorities and beach management officials to achieve high quality standards across four different themes: water quality, environmental management and education, and safety.
The city’s proud to showcase their paradise beaches, which have been recognized through certification programs since 2018. The municipality is currently home to 3 award-winning beaches - Estaleirinho, Estaleiro and Taquaras - and is considered one of the bluest regions in Brazil.
