FESTIVALS
Fortal is one of the largest music festivals in Brazil and takes place annually in Fortaleza, Ceará, during the month of July. The event was inspired by Salvador's Carnival and had its first edition in 1992. The festival is known for its "electric trios", which travel through the city streets with lots of music and enthusiasm. In 2023, Fortal celebrated its 30th edition with a great lineup that featured artists such as Bell Marques, Ivete Sangalo, and Wesley Safadão.
